Monday :

• Group meditation session according to the auspicious day of the Tibetan calendar. At the TNG Suisse center, Icogne.

Tuesday :

• Group meditation session according to the auspicious day of the Tibetan calendar. At the TNG Suisse center, Icogne.
• Beginner and advanced Tibetan course every other Tuesday with Ani Norzang. (By videoconference with the TNG France center)

Wednesday :

• Group meditation session according to the auspicious day of the Tibetan calendar. At the TNG Suisse center, Icogne.

Thusday :

• Group meditation session according to the auspicious day of the Tibetan calendar. At the TNG Suisse center, Icogne.

Friday :

• 10:30 am Group meditation session, Chenrezig or according to the auspicious day of the Tibetan calendar. At the TNG Suisse center, Icogne.
• 7:30 p.m. Bodhicaryavatara study time. (By videoconference with Sangha Suisse).

Saturday :

• 8:00 am Tibetan lesson: Sadhana vocabulary. Every other Saturday with Naljorma Upasika Lekshey. (By videoconference with the TNG France center)
• 14:00 pm Teaching of the Bodhicaryavatra, by Lama Sangyay Tendzin. (By videoconference with the TNG France center)
