Even if you cannot perform many practices, but you have in mind to benefit others, then your whole life, every day, month and year, is transformed and becomes like gold, like a diamond. This is extremely significant and beneficial for all living things. You don't spend your life just to provide for your own happiness. If you do not take Refuge in Bodhichitta, your loving-kindness, even as you spend many years in retreat, even though you are reciting billions of mantras, all of this makes little or no sense and the benefit to you and them. others is minimal. In order to be able to lead all beings towards the attainment of enlightenment, for the good of all, it is necessary to deepen the knowledge of our own mind and the opening of our heart. In order to guide us on this path, each year our Venerable Sangyay Tendzin honors us with his presence at seminars organized by Sangha Switzerland. The sacred texts and teachings entrusted to us will be studied and practiced with care. Since the sanitary restrictions, the possibility of meeting the masters of our lineage is restricted. However, thanks to the internet and other technology, lessons and courses have been put in place to continue to come together to progress on this voice.

For the past few months, every Saturday morning, we have had the opportunity to follow the teachings by video-conference, on the texts of the Bodhicharyavatara. Two Saturdays a month we attend the Tibetan vocabulary course specific to texts practiced regularly in our centers, as well as the Tuesday evening course on basic Tibetan writing and vocabulary.
